U.S. Bank is running a limited‑time business checking promotion with two bonus options when you open a new eligible account and meet the requirements. You must use promo code Q4PRO25 during account opening. Limit of one bonus per business.

Application window: Open a new eligible account between 10/01/2025 and 01/14/2026. Minimum opening deposit: $100.

Bonus Options

Option 1 — $400 Business Checking Bonus (Business Essentials®)

Open a new U.S. Bank Business Essentials® checking account and complete all of the following:

• Make deposit(s) totaling at least $5,000 in new money within 30 days of account opening.
• Maintain a daily balance of at least $5,000 until the 60th day after account opening.
• Complete 5 qualifying transactions within 60 days of account opening.

Option 2 — $1,200 Business Checking Bonus (Platinum Business Checking)

Open a new U.S. Bank Platinum Business Checking account and complete all of the following:

• Make deposit(s) totaling at least $25,000 in new money within 30 days of account opening.
• Maintain a daily balance of at least $25,000 until the 60th day after account opening.
• Complete 5 qualifying transactions within 60 days of account opening.

What Counts as a Qualifying Transaction

Per U.S. Bank disclosures, qualifying transactions include: debit card purchases, ACH credits, wire transfer credits and debits, Zelle credits and debits, U.S. Bank Mobile Check Deposit or Bill Pay, or payment received via U.S. Bank Payment Solutions.

Transactions that generally do not qualify include other person‑to‑person payments, transfers to a credit card, or transfers between U.S. Bank accounts.

Payout Timing

U.S. Bank indicates the bonus is deposited within 30 days following the last calendar day of the month in which you complete all requirements, provided the account is open and in good standing with a positive available balance.

Important Terms

• Offer valid for new business checking customers only; existing or recent business checking customers (last 12 months) do not qualify.
• “New money” must come from outside U.S. Bank or its affiliates; internal transfers do not count.
• Account fees can reduce balances; ensure you maintain the required daily balance through day 60.
• Offer may not be combined with other business checking bonuses; U.S. Bank may modify or withdraw the offer at any time.

Tax Considerations

U.S. Bank states the bonus will be reported as interest income on Form 1099‑INT. Plan accordingly for taxes.
